At CS International Co., Ltd., we are proud to be members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), the world’s leading standards organisation for the jewellery and watch industry. Our decision to join reflects our long-standing commitment to responsible business practices, ethical sourcing, and environmental stewardship across every stage of our operations.

Founded in 2005 by 14 of the industry’s most influential organisations—including Cartier, Tiffany & Co., De Beers, and the World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO)—the RJC today represents more than 2,000 companies globally, spanning the entire value chain from mine to retail. What unites all members is a shared vision: to advance integrity, sustainability, and transparency throughout the jewellery supply chain.

As an RJC member, CS International has formally adopted the RJC Code of Practices (RJC/COP) and is committed to promoting responsible practices from ethical, human rights, social, and environmental perspectives.

Supply Chain Policy

CS INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. is committed to maintaining a responsible, transparent, and ethical jewellery supply chain. We actively integrate ethical, human rights, social, and environmental considerations into our daily business practices in line with the RJC COP and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains.

We pay close attention to internal sector-specific factors—such as employee development, investment in safe and sustainable operations, and resource allocation—while also assessing external risks and sustainability expectations.

Our Commitments

1. Ethical and Responsible Sourcing

We uphold the principles of responsible sourcing and expect our suppliers and business partners to do the same.We strictly condemn corruption, false declarations of origin, money laundering, improper tax or duty practices, and any fraudulent activity.

2. Human Rights and Labour Standards

  • We respect and protect fundamental human rights in accordance with international standards.

  • Child labour is strictly prohibited

  • Forced labour of any kind—including bonded, indentured, trafficked, or prison labour—is not tolerated.

  • Workers must not be subject to restrictions on freedom of movement.

  • We prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, caste, origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, union membership, pregnancy, political opinions, marital status, appearance, age, or any other protected characteristics.

3. Kimberley Process & System of Warranties

We fully support the World Diamond Council’s System of Warranties (SoW) and the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).<

All suppliers are required to provide valid warranties for materials traded within the supply chain and are formally notified of this requirement in writing.

4. Supply Chain Transparency

We commit to communicating our policies clearly across our supply chain and ensuring suppliers understand and adhere to these requirements.

Anti-Corruption Policy

CS INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. conducts business with fairness, integrity, transparency, and honesty, in strict compliance with applicable laws.

We prohibit all forms of corruption, including:

  • Bribery
  • Improper payments
  • Offering, requesting, or accepting anything of value to influence decisions
  • Indirect benefits such as gifts, hospitality, meals, travel, or entertainment intended to obtain undue advantage

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and business partners.

Reporting of Unlawful Conduct

Employees are required to report suspected unlawful or unethical behaviour. Reports may be submitted through the company’s designated whistleblowing email.

Whistleblowers are assured:

  • Confidentiality
  • Protection from retaliation
  • Impartial handling of all reports

Annual Report

For the 2025 reporting year, CS INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. conducted due diligence on its commercial partners.

  • No human rights, ethical, or environmental risks were identified.

  • All reviewed transactions were assessed as low risk and compliant with Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) principles.
