You may report concerns related to, but not limited to:

  • Violations of laws or company policies
  • Harassment, discrimination, or human rights concerns
  • Health, safety, or environmental risks
  • Any unethical or improper conduct

Where applicable, CSI supports the use of renewable energy, including solar energy solutions.

Anonymous reporting is permitted where legally allowed.

Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation

All reports will be handled confidentially.

CSI strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

Handling of Reports

All reports will be reviewed and investigated in a fair, objective, and timely manner.

Appropriate corrective actions will be taken where necessary.
